The DiTEIM Department

The DiTEIM Department – “Human-centric Digital Transformation & Ethical Innovation Marketing and Management” was established with the aim of steering digital and technological transformation in a responsible manner, adopting a human-centered and ethical approach that places new technologies at the service of humanity. Through scientific research, knowledge transfer, and advanced training, the Department seeks to contribute to a sustainable future in which innovation addresses the real needs of individuals, businesses, and society, generating a positive impact in economic, environmental, social, and integral terms.

Goal of the Department.
The DiTEIM Department aims to promote scientific research and technological transfer with a human-centric, ethical, and sustainable approach. The Department is dedicated to fostering, organizing, developing, and managing activities primarily within ANVUR Area 13 (with a core focus on ECON 07/A), while also embracing multidisciplinary research and guidance to address the specificities of different application fields. By adopting an interdisciplinary perspective, it seeks to promote a paradigm of “ethical governance” for digital transformation.

Activities

The Scientific Areas of the DiTEIM Research Department reflect an interdisciplinary vision, aimed at understanding and applying new technologies to address social, economic, and environmental challenges. The Department’s activities are structured around three key pillars: 1) Scientific Research; 2) Third Mission; and 3) Advanced Education.
